I use this battery resistance tester for testing my lithium-ion 18650 battery cells for my E-bike battery pack. If you want to have perfectly matched battery pack witch can stay balance for very long time you have to match cells in Capacity voltage and RESISTANCE that's why this device is MUST to have.
